Welcome to the cybersecurity services provided by Zawar Ahmed. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our services.

 By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. 

 We provide cybersecurity solutions designed to protect your digital assets, networks, and data. Our services include but are not limited to firewalls, intrusion detection, penetration testing, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and training programs. 

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. You will not use our services for any illegal activities, unauthorized access, or harm to others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. 

 All fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice. Payments must be made promptly as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. 

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, content, trademarks, and logos, remain the exclusive property of Zawar Ahmed. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services solely for your internal business purposes. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zawar Ahmed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. 

Either party may terminate this agreement immediately, with or without prior written notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted will immediately cease, and any outstanding payments must be settled promptly. 

Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the course of the services strictly confidential. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client data, trade secrets, and any other proprietary information. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law or regulation. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.
